聽Adam joined the Office of Undergraduate Admissions in February 2026 after previously working the past several years as the Southwest Ohio Regional Recruitment Manager for Ohio University, remotely based in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Originally from Ohio, Adam is a proud transfer student, having earned his Associates of Arts in Liberal Arts and Humanities at Washington State College of Ohio before transferring to Ohio University and earning his bachelor鈥檚 degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Political Science. Adam then earned his Master鈥檚 of Education degree in Higher Education/College Student Personnel, also from Ohio University.聽

Adam comes to 91麻豆 with a wealth of experience in several functional areas, including enrollment services, housing & residence life, community engagement & service learning, and TRIO Student Support Services while previously working for Ohio University, Arizona State University and West 91麻豆 University. He is a strong advocate for public universities and the vast educational opportunities they provide to students.

When not recruiting future Hokies, Adam enjoys watching and attending sporting events (especially college football), cooking and trying out new recipes, (he is a huge foodie) collecting and spinning vinyl records, enjoying the great outdoors, and attending as many rock concerts as he can.聽

His biggest advice for prospective students is to keep an open mind during the college search process and to visit the beautiful campus in Blacksburg. Be sure to see why our campus dining and food is ranked as one of the best in the country!
